05/01/2020 UPDATE:

Summer at Sem has made the decision to move all programming online for the 2020 season. View our Online Theatre Program here!

Actors who join the Summer at Sem Theatre summer camp program will discover acting, dance, and vocal skills, along with stage presence and performance coaching. Our comprehensive program allows students to develop stage skills while working as a collaborative ensemble.

Courses such as Shakespeare, Acting the Song, and Theatre Dance allow actors to enhance their skills toward becoming well-rounded performers. Our Broadway Boot Camp also gives students an extra opportunity to warm up for the day’s rehearsals and stay in shape for the stage.

Creative development flourishes by working side-by-side with established professionals and guest artists. In addition to courses, members of the theatre summer camp program perform in a culminating full-scale musical in our 600-seat state-of-the-art theater in the Kirby Center for Creative Arts.
