Youth Climate and Sustainability Summit
Summer at Sem is pleased to host the first annual Youth Climate and Sustainability Summit
This program is open to students entering grades 8-12 who would like to learn more about environmental issues, their impacts, and solutions in inspiring and experiential ways. Lead by the Director of our CSS program, Michael McGlinn, this program invites all students to discover CSS learning during their summer break!
Students will participate in workshops, lectures, and field trips. Each day will focus on a different topic such as water quality, food sourcing, carbon emissions, energy efficiency, and waste management.
Additionally, guest speakers who are leading experts in their field will be invited in for evening events open to the public. Join us for a week of CSS learning and discovery!
